BOJI - espresso roast

⚡️This is a light espresso roast. Roasted to bring out the fruity flavours of the coffee & generally not suitable for milk based espresso drinks. As far as recipes go, we'd start with an 18 gram dose & extract 36-45 grams of beverage in around 30 seconds.⚡️

This coffee was grown & processed in the village of Boji which is within the Kochere District.

The small-holder farmers grow the coffee in rich fertile soils at very high altitudes in amongst the families food crops.

The coffee cherries are selectively hand-picked before being taken to the washing station the same day. There they are sorted, de-pulped, fermented, washed and then sun-dried on raised beds.
