HER FARM SITS AT 1800 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL. ISABEL HARVESTS THE COFFEE HERSELF, SELECTING THE RIPEST CHERRIES, PULPING, FERMENTING FOR 12-15 HOURS THEN SUN-DRYING FOR 10-12 DAYS.

BECAUSE ISABEL'S FARM IS SO SMALL SHE CANT REALLY INCREASE HER PRODUCTION, INSTEAD SHE CONCENTRATES ON PRODUCING EXCELLENT QUALITY TO INCREASE HER INCOME.
