About the farmer(s)

Gargari Gutity - 74110 [natural] — Ethiopia

This coffee was sourced from around 2400 small-holder farmers. The farms are located at very high altitudes surrounding the kebele/village of Banko Gutity. After harvesting, coffee cherries are delivered to he Gargari Gutity Washing Station where they are washed, sorted for under/over-ripe fruit & defects. The cherries are then spread out to dry on raised beds for 14-21 days. The dried cherry is then removed mechanically.
