JAIRO ARCILA - ⚡cascara tea⚡
Cascara is the dried leftover fruit of the coffee cherry.
This lot is from naturally processed Castillo cherries grown by Jairo Arcila at his farm Finca Villarazo.
To brew Cascara use 40-50g Cascara per liter of water. using water just off the boil, brew for 4 minutes, giving the brew a stir at 2 minutes, pour through a strainer or pre-rinsed paper filter.
Cascara does contain caffeine, around 1/3rd of a brewed coffee.
