Patricio Vasquez is the owner of El Molocoton, a 2.8 hectares farm in El Portillo where this coffee was produced. Inheriting the farm from his parents about six years ago, Patricio has increased coffee production from the original 0.35 hectares of plants on the farm.

Ihcafe 90 is an example of a hybrid of Caturra and Timor, known for it's dwarf size, ability to thrive at lower altitudes and resistance to leaf rust.

Brew guide

This is a light espresso roast. Roasted to bring out the fruity flavours of the coffee. This style of roast is best suited for black espresso based drinks. That said, you can still make a tasty flat white out of this roast.
