CASCARA IS THE DRIED LEFTOVER FRUIT OF THE COFFEE CHERRY. THIS LOT IS FROM CATURRA AND CATUAI COFFEE GROWN AT FINCA SAN LUIS AND PROCESSED AT LAS LAJAS MICRO-MILL BY DOÑA FRANCISCA.

TO BREW CASCARA USE 25-30G CASCARA PER LITER OF WATER. USING WATER JUST OFF THE BOIL, BREW FOR 4 MINUTES, GIVING THE BREW A STIR AT 2 MINUTES, POUR THROUGH A STRAINER OR PRE-RINSED PAPER FILTER.

CASCARA DOES CONTAIN CAFFEINE, AROUND 1/3RD OF A BREWED COFFEE.
