We have been using coffee from Ipanema Coffees for a few years now, so when we were in Brasil last year judging in the 2009 Cup of Excellence, they invited us to spend some time with Marcio {head cupper} and Edgard, who set up a table of some special lots, this was one that really stuck out, it is super clean and sugar cane juice sweet, we are going to use it as a single origin espresso and, later, in a few special blends.
