Barista Fundamentals - techniques and tips
Day: 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month
Time: 1pm
Duration: 1.5 - 2hrs
Cost: $70 includes roastery tour, process origin to cup, espresso grinding, dosing, tamping, extraction, milk steaming / texturing, pouring to cup, machine cleaning, trouble shooting. All this and we will even send you home with a bag of fresh roasted coffee.
Aimed at beginner or home barista.
Course runs 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. Limited to 4 people per session for maximum absorption.
